Pre-Treatment
Stay well hydrated in the 24 hours before your appointment.
Avoid heavy meals or alcohol at least 12 hours prior.
Do not apply lotions or oils to the treatment area on the day of your session.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Post Treatment
- Continue to drink plenty of water to support lymphatic drainage.
Light exercise (such as walking) can help boost results.
Avoid excessive heat (hot tubs, saunas) for 24 hours post-treatment.
Gently massage the treated area as directed by your technician.
Contraindications
Cryo-Sculpt™ is not recommended for individuals who:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have severe Raynaud’s disease or cold sensitivity disorders
Have implanted electrical devices (e.g. pacemakers)
Have active cancer or are undergoing cancer treatment
Have open wounds, infections, or severe skin conditions at the treatment site
Have uncontrolled diabetes or severe circulatory disorders
- Have Kidney or Liver Failure or other issues
